1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NRI Rishta Matrimonial Services Private Limited governing your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and matchmaking services. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of marriage in your jurisdiction), legally capable of entering into marriage, and not currently disqualified by applicable laws from contracting marriage.
2. Member Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
Members agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
3. Intermediary Status & Governing Law
NRI Rishta is an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
